Carbs per portion ? Help

I’ve just been diagnosed type2 and I’m looking at recipes in the 8 week blood sugar diet book, beside the recipes it has calories, protein carbs etc. Is this for the whole recipe or per portion? Confused and properly stupid x

So recipe for 4 would be 4x the list?

Yep, if it is a recipe for 4 and says 250 calories and 15 carbs that is what you will be eating when you have divided the meal and the total will be 1000 cals and 60 carbs in total.
