Hi, if you make the besan flour pikelets, recipe in recipe section, you will have a satisfying bread/pancake like fix. All for 60 cals per one and 7g carb according to my calculation. Though best when warm, you can also freeze or keep in fridge. Today I had mine with a bit of guacamole, a bit of tuna with shallots and lemon juice and a bit of hummus. I still came in under 800 for the day.
I think they are great and versatile too.
