Hi fellow BSD followers,
Since starting this new way of eating on 1 Oct 2016, I have not bought any bread but have been baking my own from the BSD Recipe Book. The soda bread is wonderful with soup and the wholemeal/spelt bread perfect for a sandwich for my husband, who has hardly noticed the difference.
I have been adding a seed mix the basic bread mix, but wonder if anyone has tried any other inspirational additions?
By the way, I’m 7 lbs short of my 2 stone goal, and am loving the way I look and feel xx
