I am adding coffee in my diet. Is this ok for my health?

Hi Edward, short answer is yes, it is okay unless you have any other issues, e.g. my hubby was recently diagnosed with a heart flutter and was advised not to drink coffee. In terms of the diet, it is okay but how many and are you drinking with milk or cream and are you counting all the calories.

    Hi Edward.

I agree with Sunshine-girl. Unless you have a medical issue making it unadvisable, and as long as you remember the calories in the milk or cream, and aren’t having excessive quantities, there shouldn’t be a problem.

It’s still a good idea to drink plain water as well.

lots of water, especially as coffee can dehydrate you. Aim for around 2 litres a day, water that is, not coffee 🙂
