… Can we have it? If so, how much?

Yes. Not a lot. Very filling, so probably best to allow yourself 1 square – and add it in to your calorie/carb count! 🙂

    ‘Fraid so

    Lindt is often recommended here.

For 100g (know you won’t have that much, but for reference) is
    Energy 567kcal
    Fat 49g
    Of which
    – Saturates 30g
    Carbohydrate 8g
    Of which
    – Sugars 2g
    Protein 13,2
    Salt 0,06

So do measure our your square. May be small enough to be nil carbs……

Made a small portion of Ganache today, using 10g of 90% dark choc (Lindt) and 6g crème fraiche. Total cals 96 and total carbs 1.6. Used 6g (just 24cals and 0.4carbs) as a choc spread on a coconut bun, which gave a nice chocolate hit, without being over the top on cals and carbs.
