Hi there,
I’m starting the BSD today having seen my husband get great results. We’ve decided to do this together, so there’ll be some support there.
I am carrying injuries (tendinitis in my left elbow and plantar fasciitis and recently diagnosed arthritis in my right foot) and am a keen sportswoman, so am adapting my exercise regimen so that I can stay active.
Just thought I’d touch base and say hi – I’m a teacher and my husband is a pilot. He finds it hard to keep the weight off due to the changes in body clock, but the BSD worked well for him previously.
