Hey everyone! It’s been great to read all the invaluable advice everyone has in regards to this programme. I thankfully have no medical problems I’m simply using this diet as a means to loose weight.
So today marks the end of my first week and I’m so happy to say I’m 15lbs down and feeling fiercely motivated (once I set my mind to something it’s getting done 🙂 ) . I have about 4 stone left to loose and wanted some hard core directions to make the most out of however long it takes. Some surefire way of making the most out of my weight loss.
