Dear all, I am new to this. I have been eating 800 calories for a week now, however, I am unsure what to cut out. What is a definite no-no and what should be avoided.
I have a banana every day with milk and ice cubes for breakfast. Is this ok? This is the only fruit I am eating on the diet.
I am avoiding all bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, crisps, sweets and cakes etc.
Mainly eating protein, soups and veg and bananas.Is it okay to have a banana every day?
Also from a liquids perspective I have Robinsons no sugar lemon squash instead of straight water, is this ok?
