I haven’t put this in the recipe section as it is just too simple! Cut the base off a whole cauliflower and put the cauliflower on an oiled baking pan. Drizzle it with olive oil and bake whole for about 45 minutes at 220 celsius. You won’t believe how good it is, it kinda goes brown on top and the brown bits are extra nice. So simple, so healthy. If you want to you can coat it in mustard garlic a bit of oil and parmesan cheese.

You won’t believe, try it. The cauliflower really is transformed cooked this way.

I tried something similar tonight. I did chop off the florets in large pieces, put in a baking dish with a little sprinkled cumin, sumac and ground coriander seeds, then sprinkled with rice bran oil (just run out of olive 🙂 ), put a lid on it so that it would not just roast but steam too. Oh yum.
