I’ve just finished reading the book but got a bit confused when I got to the recipe section. Michael advises to limit the tropical fruits whilst berries, pears and apples are fine. However, the very first breakfast recipes include fruit such as mango, melon, passion fruit and raisins… Can someone clarify please as I do love my fruit.Thank you 🙂

    Hi EIM

You are right, there are recipes that seem to contain forbidden foods but they are all limited to quite small amounts and would only appear two or three times across the week. I think the menu plans aim to give a wide variety of foods and nutrients but still in moderation.

Thank you Janet1973! The moderation approach makes sense and the fact that there are no forbidden fruits is god news. See how it works out 🙂
