I have completed the first week of the diet and not feel that I am missing out on anything..yet. I have tried diets in the past and for me there always seems to be feeling of insufficiency.
Thankfully, there seems to be a very varied range of food options available and my wife and I have already discovered meals that we would certainly have again and would probably enjoy even if we was not on a diet.
Last week I was just shy of 16 stone and the results so far have been impressive. I am looking forward to how things pan out over the next 7 weeks.
