Have just finished week 1 & lost 2kg. My scales are a bit dodgey, showing between 2 – 3kgs so I’ve decided to claim the lesser. I’m following the recipes in the book as I’m doing this for weight loss only. I did find the meals quite big so will be giving hubby a much larger portion in future. I (we) have enjoyed every meal so far. Not a fan of the “brunch” over the weekend so will look for alternative suggestions. Having a bit of trouble trying to walk each day as I have a lower back problem.
