I have type 2 diabetes and I decided to give the 800 calorie diet a go, to try and reverse type 2. I started at 13.4 on the 9th of February and am now 11.6 (11 March) and I was wondering when I get to the finish line of 11.0 (if I do!) how do I know if I have reversed type 2? PS i’m on the 3 shakes and a 400 cal meal at evenings.
