Hi all,
I know stevia is used as a sweetner, but has anyone actually eaten stevia leaves? Right now, here in Romania where fruit and veg is abundant, seasonal and extremely cheap (lucky me!), there is a glut of stevia, as well as bear’s garlic, nettles and red orach. It all looks delicious. The red orach is going into a sour soup with veal tonight, and the bear’s garlic into omelettes, but as for the stevia, I’m stumped. Has anyone any ideas for it?
