Short for time with breakfast
• A spray of canola oil
• 1 Egg (I used XL egg) less calories for smaller egg
• 1 tbsp tabouli
• Salt & Pepper optional
• Portobello Mushroom with garlic optional
This is very easy if you have an omelet maker.
Turn on omelet maker to warm up (can use frypan otherwise).
Spray with a little canola oil.
In a cup stir Egg, Tabouli & salt & pepper.
Add to omelet maker and it will be done to your liking within 5 minutes.
I served mine with Portobello Mushroom with a tsp of garlic and tiny piece of butter and microwaved for 1 min med high. Add extra calories for this.
