Spinach Feta and Turkey Burgers

Low Carbs big on TASTE!

Ingredients

• 2 lb(s), Fresh Turkey Mince
• 2 medium, Egg (Medium)
• 2 cloves Minced Fresh Garlic
• 4 oz(s), Cheese, feta - crumbled
• 1 container (900 gs ea.), Frozen Leaf Spinach (Defrosted, water squeezed out)

Method

Mix everything in a bowl until mixed together.
Form 8 patties.

Grill for 15-20 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.

Serve with large handful of mixed leaf salad and tomatoes.

    They were so tasty and suculent, thanks for the receipe.
    I did add a small chopped red onion.
    I have put 3 in the freezer after making 6. Hopefully they will be ok once frozen.
