I tried this recipe with parboiled buckwheat Grechka! it is much tastier that roasted on green buckwheat

Very filling and will keep you going for hours and a great alternative to plain porridge. Quantity can be halved to reduce calories.
Ingredients
• 3 tbsp buckwheat
• 2 tbsp quinoa
• 1 tbsp oats
• 1 tbsp linseeds
• 80ml coconut milk
• 200ml water
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tsp Maple Syrup
• - 1 tsp mixed seeds (opt more cals)
Method
1. Pour quinoa, buckwheat and oats into a pan
2. Add the linseeds, coconut milk and water
3. Heat, stirring until the porridge is cooked (approx. 15-20 minutes). Pop into a bowl
4. Top with sliced banana, seeds and a drizzle of syrup
