A less sweet and lower carb version of the No-Carb Bircher
• 1 tbsp blueberries
• 75 ml rosehip tea (made the night before with a teabag and boiling water, then refrigerated)
• 1 and 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 3 tbsp plain yogurt
• 1 tbsp walnut pieces
• Cinnamon to dust
Mix the flaxseed, yogurt and rosehip tea together to form a pale pink paste. Add the other ingredients , dust with cinnamon and serve.
