Sorry but I thought that oats were a no no as far as this diet goes?
I found this delicious, I used to use honey, but wanted to cut down on sugar.
• 25g rolled oats
• 2 teaspoons of mix of ground almonds, hazelnuts and almonds
• Spoonful of raisins
Microwave porridge and milk for 2 mins.
Add fruit and nuts, stir in.
