Fruit and nut porridge

I found this delicious, I used to use honey, but wanted to cut down on sugar.


• 25g rolled oats
• 2 teaspoons of mix of ground almonds, hazelnuts and almonds
• Spoonful of raisins
• Milk


Microwave porridge and milk for 2 mins.
Add fruit and nuts, stir in.

    Sorry but I thought that oats were a no no as far as this diet goes?

    Proper Oats in moderation are not a no-no, just the instant sort are to be avoided. Although with this recipe I would use mixed berries (generally use frozen ones) instead of raisins. I like porridge 😀

    How much milk do you use? A spoonful of raisins? What size spoon? How many calories is this recipe?
