Fish Curry

Fish fillet in gravy is a mouth-watering fish delicacy made in tropical regions of India. This Indian non-vegetarian dish is loved by fish lovers for its amazing taste and unique flavors.

Ingredients

• 8 fillets - Pomfrets or any other white fish, sliced
• 3 Onions
• 6 slices – RUCHI GINGER Garlic paste
• 4 RUCHI Red chillies
• 6 Green chillies
• 1 tsp – RUCHI Cumin powder
• 1 bunch -RUCHI Coriander
• 4 large - Tomatoes
• ¼ tsp - RUCHI Turmeric powder
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp - Salt
• ½ cup - Sweet oil

Method

Grind RUCHI red chilies, RUCHI Cumin powder,
RUCHI Turmeric powder RUCHI Cumin powder
RUCHI Turmeric powder Chop onions, green chilies, garlic.
Wash tomatoes and chop fine.
Heat oil and fry the fish in it on both sides, remove from oil and keep aside;
In the same oil, fry onions till brown; then add chopped chilies, RUCHI Ginger Garlic paste and tomatoes add RUCHI Fish masala and ½ cup water.
Bring to a boil, then place fried fish in it and simmer until the fish is cooked and the gravy is thick.
Add lemon juice and serve, sprinkled with coriander.
Fish Curry is ready. Serve it hot RUCHI Traditional Pure Basmati Rice.
