Ingredients
• Courgette
• Little Extra Virgin Oil
• Salt and Pepper
• Parmesan
•
Method
Spiralise a courgette
put in microwaveable bowl with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Microwave for 2 mins approx covered with clingfilm.
Add a little grated parmesan
