Raw cauliflower used as a cracker for a yummy peanut butter snack. It’s healthy, low carb and has good fats.


• Use as much as you want
• raw cauliflower florettes
• peanut butter or any nut butter you like
• hemp seeds
• sea salt


After washing and trimming the cauliflower into the size you like, add sea salt to each piece. Spread the nut butter over the tops of each cauliflower piece. Sprinkle hemp seeds on the top of the peanut butter. That's it.. The cauliflower gives the crunch you need, the salt makes it seem cracker-like.
