Blueberry Smoothie

Have this with a teaspoon of olive oil in the morning – it keeps me nice and full until around 12. The ingredients list makes 5 servings, and if you really want to make it lower in carbs – omit the prunes 🙂


• 85g Celery
• 85g Avocado
• 140g Cucumber
• 150g Blueberries
• 130 Lettuce
• 100g Prunes
• 150g Full Fat Yoghurt
• 30g Cacoa Powder (optional)


Cut all of the veg into small chunks and place into a blender. Add in the Yoghurt and approximately 1-1.5 litres of water. Blend until smooth.
To serve fill a third of a large tumbler with water and half a lemon squeezed, and a teaspoon of olive oil - then top up with the smoothie mixture. Enjoy!

    Tried it out this morning and yes it’s tasty , a chocolate drink for sure , poured hot water into glass as directed and it warmed me up after a brisk walk through the hedgerows , I can see where u can make a few litres of it easily .
