A seasonal lo-Cal treat!

Ingredients

• Autumn is here, and spaghetti squash are in season ! Do you know SS has only 31 C a cup? To prepare, simply cut in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, sprinkle with seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, a tiny bit of grated Parmesan cheese, and spray with butter-flavored spray. Roast/bake at GM 6/*200C/ *400F until soft, and lightly brown, and enjoy! Eat plain, or top with lo-cal sauce!

    send some over then! I don’t think we get these in UK ( or at least in Scotland ) = gap in the market.

    You can grow them ! I had three plants this year and they gave me about 25 spaghetti squash!..(I got the seeds from Thompson and Morgan ) Really easy to grow, – If you can grow courgettes and runners you can grow these. The great thing is that they keep for months ..
