Hello, I am on day four of the 8 week programme, so far feeling really good.
Could anyone tell me if it is okay to have warm water with half a squeezed lemon in the morning? I seem to remember, when reading the BSD book, something about avoiding citrus fruit (of course I can’t find it for looking now).
I’m not sure if the advice may be do do with the fact that lemon water makes your body more alkaline, in any event I would like to drink a cup first thing if that is okay but certainly don’t want to wreck the good the diet is doing.
