    Hi,
I have just been told I am prediabetic, HbA1c of 42 and I have at least two stone in weight to lose 😬. However I am determined to do it!
In October I have a couple of long ( 11 hour ) flights coming up. I am gluten free ( intolerance, not an allergy ) and the gfree aircraft meals are almost always inedible. Usually the only bits I can eat are chicken and a couple of tiny pieces of broccoli. I will need to take sustenance with me that is portable, not messy and doesn’t smell too much! Has anyone any ideas please? I don’t fancy an enforced fast on my travels! TIA
