Looking at Soya yoghurt, for example Alpro with coconut or almond, I see that the card and sugar content is less than full fat natural yoghurt. Just wondered if this is a better option or is there something I’m missing? Thanks for any feedback.

As long as it is not a low fat version (i.e. full of chemicals and not natural) then it should be okay. The only thing I know about soya products is that it encourages women to store fat because of the estrogen. I am guessing you are a man so no worries there then.
Thanks for the feedback.
I thought soya was good for sigar/indulin balance and so soya yoghurt would be good for diabetics ?
