Resisting temptations

    Hi all I have been off work for last month and planning to go back next Wednesday,have been off with anxiety and depression and my job always had food in the office and hard to stop myself especially as I am a comfort water ,don’t want to spoil my hard work 😟

    Fiona, be prepared. Take your own food in or make something in the staff kitchen if you have one. Soup in a flask is always good. Have some good snack to nibble like celery, red pepper, carrot sticks and a pot of houmous so you always have something when the treats come around. It is not easy but you will just have to be strong.
