Hi, does anyone have a reliable or reputable site that measures tdee. I have been to a couple and get a variance of 1300 calories. Would be good to have a bit more clarity,

You’re very welcome.
It would be good if all three websites were combined – BSD, Clever Guts and 5:2 – they all work so well together. I know Clever Guts is aligned with this one but the useful resources are on the 5:2.
