I cannot locate the smoked salmon eggs recipe in the book. It is first mentioned under the 4-week menu plan, week 2, Monday for breakfast on p.249. The closest recipe I could find was the creamy smoked salmon under Quick and Easy Recipes: 5-min breakfasts: scrambled eggs three ways on page 233. However, this recipe is a brunch option and contains 330 calories. Can anyone please advise where to find the recipe or to confirm the brunch version is it?
