    Just for today:
    I commit to eating 800 calories, 50g carbs,
    3 litres of water and 10 000 steps.
    I have a music lesson at 12.00 and Tuesday’s are a dilemma because I break my 20 hour fast at 12 most days…
    Maybe today will be 21 hour fast and a salad at one of the coffee shops and a black Americano…uhmn.
    Now to put the trash out !!

    Anyone else up for a daily commitment…and review…?

    So reviewing today..I fasted until 2pm.
    Then had lunch out…a very nice Mediterranean salad with a few strips of chicken and half an avo…very nice..
    I drank water..no wine or soda..
    When I got home before 4pm I was rather hungry so I had a meal replacement shake.
    I made flax seed cracker and had a smidgen of mackerel pate…very nice..
    Fasting from 4pm.
    Blood sugar tonight 4.9..Wonderful!!
    Calories 8 049 water 3.2 litres
    Steps not enough 7 500
    Overall a good day

    Today I didn’t get to 10 000 steps. It rained and with the grandson over I couldn’t March off into the rain.
    Calories 807
    Carbs 32g.
    3 litres of water..
    Fasted for 19 hours..
    Fasting blood sugar this morning was 5.7. The second consecutive day I was in the 5’s…yippee!
