Just for today:
I commit to eating 800 calories, 50g carbs,
3 litres of water and 10 000 steps.
I have a music lesson at 12.00 and Tuesday’s are a dilemma because I break my 20 hour fast at 12 most days…
Maybe today will be 21 hour fast and a salad at one of the coffee shops and a black Americano…uhmn.
Now to put the trash out !!
