  Hi, I’ve been diagnosed with insulin resistance, I have 20kg to lose and started a couple of days ago. I am doing 19/5 fasting and consuming the 800 in that time period. I’ve been prescribed Metex XR to help kickstart weight loss. Is there anyone that is similar to me? 😩💗
