I am starting my 8 weeks today. I am 218lbs and hope to lose 28lbs in 8 weeks. I no longer drink at home but have a 6 pint binge on a Saturday but that’s my only sin from now on. No spuds, no chocolate, no bread, no pasta for 8 weeks and 30 minutes exercise a day on my crosstrainer. Anyone want to join me online to mutually encourage or advise? I have started well with my exercise and scrambles egg and mushroom for breakfast. My fridge is full or salad veg and fish.
Lunch is usually salad with feta/salmon but maybe slightly too big. Its the hunger pangs that will get me.
