Hi all, new to this diet but not new to dieting. I’ve done everything going and I love low carbing and being in ketosis and watching the weight drop off. I’ve done ‘milkshake’ VLC diets before but fallen off the wagon due to boredom and the diets being so antisocial. I’m hoping to pay more attention to this one and I’ve about 2.5 stone to lose, 3 would be a miracle! I’m 5’3, at my heaviest 13st 4lb, and my happy weight is just under 11stone. Wish me luck!
