My internet connection is intermittent which makes it difficult to go on sites such as MFP and Calorieking etc and check calories and carbs in the foods I’m eating.
Would anyone happen to have any book or magazine recommendations that give a breakdown of a wide range of foods and their nutritional content? I’m really keen to be as accurate as I can, and there are so many books and mags on sale – just wondering if they are all reliable sources.
Any help would be great!
