Both are good. I find Fatsecret more flexible when it comes to changing weights/measurements of foods etc. Also I think adding new foods is simpler. . But lots of people swear by MFP. Try both and see which you prefer. There are .co.uk and .com versions of each

Hi Catherine! I’ve always used MFP and think its the best at keeping me on track! I haven’t tried the other one so can’t compare I’m afraid. Hope its going well
