I started yesterday and it went well except for some hunger. But last night everything started hurting (knees, back, fingers) etc and I don’t know why.
Today I drank a lot of water when I got up because I drank mostly tea yesterday so thought maybe I was dehydrated.
I feel better now but wondering if anyone else had this or has advice.
Did lose 2 lbs after one day. Mostly water but any weight off is good. 💜
