I joined the forum and started the BSD at the start of the year. I got down to (just!) inside the healthy weight range for my height … then stuff happened (nothing dreadful, just things which made it more difficult to stick to a strict diet, so I decided to ease up for a while). I have managed to keep to that weight, which I’m pleased about.
Now I’m ready to have another proper go at the diet and try to get nearer the middle of my healthy weight range, which means losing another stone. With the improving weather, I’m hoping it won’t be too tough. Fortunately I like salads.
