I feel amazing today! Just weighed in and 7lb down from Monday. Also sleeping really well, waking up brighter, not feeling the need to nap in the day time and my mood is more stable. Last night I had my first ‘hunger’ that wasn’t hunger. It was head hunger because my husband was snacking on crisps but I chose not to and didn’t have calories left anyway so I drank water and went to bed feeling smug and then I weighed this morning and I’m delighted! I expect it will all slow up a bit but so far so good and I’m amazed at how well I feel. 😊
