Has anyone tried Cinnamon supplements to help lower BSLs? Have read up loads on it, but haven’t seen direct results of trying it. Don’t fancy using up to 6 gms of powder in food a day, so thinking of supplements instead. Have lost over 2 stone 10lbs since starting 800 diet on 5/1/20. Had huge sugar dump levels within days, levels still between 6.8 and 7.8. Reading up on use of cinnamon, it can help with insulin production and enable opening up cells for insulin to be more effective? Anyone else know more or tried cinnamon?
