First of all, welcome. I am thrilled to see such an enthusiastic response to the ideas in the Blood Sugar Diet and particularly delighted by the growth of this bright and helpful forum which is buzzing with wonderful stories from people who have managed to make significant changes in their lives.
I’ve been browsing the site, enjoying the chat and in particular the fact that people are so helpful and supportive. Thank you. Also very pleased to see that the call out for new recipes has led to some very tasty looking suggestions. My wife Clare, who’s a GP, has been sharing these recipes with her patients, many of whom are now embracing the Blood Sugar approach.
