A zesty dressing & garnish for any salad

Ingredients

• For the dressing:
• 1 tbl sesame oil
• 1 tbl fish sauce
• 1 tbl lime juice
• 1 tsp shrimp paste
• 1/2 tsp palm sugar
• 1/4 tsp na rog or chilli flakes
• For the salad:
• your choice of veggies
• For the garnish:
• chopped peanuts
• chopped coriander leaves
• deep fried shallots or onions

Method

Mix all the dressing ingredients really well, taste for seasoning. Arrange your veggies, dress with the dressing, garnish & serve.
